A well-established firm of chartered accountants and business advisors is seeking an Insolvency & Recovery Administrator to join their team. The firm offers a wide range of services, including auditing, accounting, tax, and corporate finance, serving a diverse client base across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake smaller cases, raising queries with clients or managers.
  • Document understanding of clients' businesses, risks, systems, and controls.
  • Draft routine statutory documents.
  • Clear simple queries with clients and adjust pre-appointment documents.
  • Conduct moderately complex reports and investigations.
  • Assist on larger, more complex cases, completing allocated sections thoroughly.

To be successful

  • Experience in an insolvency role and bookkeeping/accounts experience with familiarity in accounting to trial balance.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
