We're seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to join our team.

Job Description: As a Management Accountant with us, you'll play a critical role in supporting key business decisions by providing accurate and insightful financial data. Your work will be instrumental in helping us optimise our financial performance and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future performance.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyse costs related to operations, projects, and products to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analysis that inform decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability and support business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform detailed ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in management accounting, with a strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
