We're working with a well-established, forward-thinking company based just outside of Norwich, to find a talented Management Accountant who's ready to take ownership of a key finance role.

What's the Role About?

This is more than just month-end reporting. Our client is looking for someone who can bring financial data to life, guiding business decisions, shaping processes, and contributing to a culture that values continuous improvement. You'll work across departments, influence leadership, and be part of a team that offers meaningful financial insight.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Producing monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Delivering KPI and margin analysis with insightful commentary
  • Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decisions
  • Managing journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Leading on VAT returns, cash management, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting
  • Supporting budget and forecast cycles, audits, and statutory reporting
  • Contributing to ad hoc projects and improvements in reporting systems

About You

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or QBE
  • Experience with multi-currency accounting and financial systems (NetSuite/Cognos a plus)
  • Excellent Excel and general IT skills
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships across a business
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
