We're seeking a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business. This role offers the chance to take ownership of financial reporting, support key stakeholders, and drive efficiency in processes-all within a company that values development and progression.
?? Key Responsibilities:
? Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight.
? Business Support: Work closely with operational teams, providing financial data to support decision-making.
? Performance Analysis: Produce KPI reports and financial commentary to help drive business performance.
? Process Management: Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and accruals.
? Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and forecasting activities.
? Compliance & Audits: Support VAT returns, payroll reconciliations, and both internal and external audits.
? System & Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
?? What We're Looking For:
?? Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE candidates will be considered.
?? A confident communicator who can collaborate across departments and support senior stakeholders.
?? Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
?? A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvements.
?? Experience with handling international transactions and financial reporting is a plus ??
?? Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with financial software systems would be an advantage ??
