We're seeking a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business. This role offers the chance to take ownership of financial reporting, support key stakeholders, and drive efficiency in processes-all within a company that values development and progression.
?? Key Responsibilities:? Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and insight.? Business Support: Work closely with operational teams, providing financial data to support decision-making.? Performance Analysis: Produce KPI reports and financial commentary to help drive business performance.? Process Management: Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and accruals.? Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and forecasting activities.? Compliance & Audits: Support VAT returns, payroll reconciliations, and both internal and external audits.? System & Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
�? What We're Looking For:?? Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE candidates will be considered.?? A confident communicator who can collaborate across departments and support senior stakeholders.?? Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.?? A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvements.?? Experience with handling international transactions and financial reporting is a plus �??? Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with financial software systems would be an advantage ??
