- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the manufacturing division.
- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes across the manufacturing operations.
- Monitor key financial metrics and operational KPIs to drive cost optimisation and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and procurement, to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Manage international financial transactions and reporting, with a focus on maintaining clear communication with counterparts.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic insights to support long-term business objectives.
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
