Practice Management Accountant

Practice Management Accountant - NorwichOur client is an independent accountancy practice based in Norwich. They are seeking an experienced Accountant to join their outsourcing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of clients where you will act as the financial controller.The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience ideally working withing practice although industry-based experience will also be considered.The role will involve:

• Preparation and annotation of management accounts
• Full balance and sheet reconciliation
• Profit and loss reviews
• Maintaining strong relationships

The successful candidate will have:

• ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA Qualified
• 3 years' relevant experience ideally within practice
• Experience working with small to medium business's
• Experience of using Xero, Dext and Fanthom would be advantageous
