Role Responsibilities

  • Carrying out tax advisory and planning work, including preparing technical notes and advice for clients
  • Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
  • Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored tax advice
  • Conducting thorough tax research and staying updated on changes in tax legislation
  • Identifying tax-saving opportunities and advising clients on optimising their tax positions
  • Assisting with HMRC enquiries and investigations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping them grow and develop
  • Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand services
  • Attending networking events to build relationships and enhance the firm’s reputation

  • CTA or ATT qualified, with strong experience in tax advisory and compliance

  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel
