Finance Assistant
Cooper Lomaz is seeking highly driven part-time temporary Finance Assistant, to join our team based in Norwich.
Role Overview:
The role of a Finance Assistant is a varied position, undertaking accountancy, administrative and customer service duties on a daily basis. Using your own initiative to help ensure the smooth running of this busy environment in order to provide an exceptional service to all clients and candidates. Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly and monthly timesheets for our contractors
- Speaking with our contractors to help with any queries
- Maintaining our database
- Monitoring bank accounts and receiving funds
- Supplier payments
- Credit control
- Any other finance duties as required
Required Skills:
- A great telephone manner
- A can do attitude
- Numerate
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Accountancy qualification
- Recruitment back office Experience
