Reed Accountancy and Finance Norwich are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing client’s team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the Business Directors.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounts candidate, seeking a part-time role and who is looking to join warm, welcoming, and growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software, Sage preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
