Reed Practice, the specialists in recruitment to the professional services sector whose local consultant has over 20 years’ experience, have been engaged by the Head of Accounts to recruit a Trainee to join the bookkeeping team.Â
The post has been created through internal promotion and in response to future expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team and start your career in finance.Â
Working closely with the Senior Bookkeeper, you will be mentored and trained in providing bookkeeping services to a wide range of businesses.
AAT study will be supported if you desire to pursue this.
Given the nature of the role you will need to be –
- Educated to minimum GCSE level.
- Comfortable with computers, as you will be taught new accounting systems.
- Organised able to work to deadlines.
- Able to multitask.
- Effective with your communication (written and verbal).
- Confident in yourself.
- Genuinely interested in a career in accounting.
- Able to work well with others, whilst having the self-assurance to work independently.
