We are actively recruiting an Administrator who will support with dispatch duties.
This opportunity is temp to perm opportunity on a full time basis, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
Main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining documentation
- Organise transportation logistics, including liaising with transport companies
- Manage and update spreadsheets and delivery notes to track shipments and ensure accurate records
- Communicate with transport companies to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays
- Input job details and delivery information into the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Schedule and manage deliveries, working closely with customers to ensure smooth operations.
Previous Admin experience is essential.
