This is an exciting opportunity to join an expert client services support team, working across Financial Administration and Paraplanning to deliver outstanding service and support.

The Day to Day:

  • Providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Liaising with clients and product providers via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Handling client queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Preparing client files, meeting notes, and plan information for colleagues.
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining client data within internal systems.
  • Ensuring all policy and plan documentation is correctly processed and recorded.
  • Collaborating with Paraplanners to ensure timely delivery of client reports.
  • Producing regular valuation reports for clients.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

You Will Have/Be:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a support financial services capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-focused approach.
  • IT proficiency, including working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
