Join a Client Services team in Norwich and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative support to our Wealth Managers and enhancing client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, proactive, and dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of client service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Managers, including setting up policies and Trusts, handling changes in income/withdrawals, premiums, funds, and preparing meeting packs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, especially when Wealth Managers are unavailable, handling complex and sensitive queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Intelliflo Office (iO), ensuring all administrative tasks are properly diarised and actioned, with relevant correspondence logged.
  • Collaborate closely with Paraplanners to ensure timely delivery of client reports and address client needs proactively.
  • Manage business documentation processes, including setting up new policies, handling application forms, and drafting instruction letters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform providers, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Participate in business meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and client services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high standard of spoken and written English.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing time effectively and adapting to changing work demands.
  • Experience in a client services role within a financial environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Intelliflo Office (iO) is an advantage but not required.
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent); relevant Financial Services qualifications are advantageous.
