Your Role

As an IFA Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the team, supporting Financial Advisers in delivering outstanding service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records.

Preparing reports, valuations, and client review packs.

Liaising with providers, clients, and advisers to ensure smooth workflow.

Managing administrative tasks related to pensions, investments, and protection products.

Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning firm.

Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

A proactive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.

Experience using platforms like Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar (desirable).
