Office Support Administrator
Location: Norwich
Hours: Flexible – 16 hours per week (2 full days or a few hours each day) – this will increase overtime

About the Role
 
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Support Administrator to join our small, friendly team who are based in the renewable energy sector, offering energy consultancy work. You will work closely with the MD, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Microsoft Project being an advantage.
 
Additionally, as our company is ISO certified, you will be responsible for maintaining our quality management system, ensuring it remains up to date and compliant ahead of audits. While you don’t need to be technical, familiarity with ISO terminology is important.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Preparing and managing documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assisting with updating and maintaining the ISO quality management system.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards ahead of audits.
  • Handling day-to-day office tasks as needed.
 
 
About You:
 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in ISO compliance or quality management is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently within a small team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
