Are you experienced within Operations and Projects? Seeking a new opportunity? Look no further!Hours: Full Time – Monday to Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm and Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Part-time applications will also be considered.Salary Package: £30K base salary based on skills, knowledge, and experience. Hybrid homeworking model. The Role:

Business Operations Partner is part of the Business Operations function, supporting four profit centres within the business. The role involves delivering against agreed business plans and key objectives to ensure continuous improvement in the work delivered to clients, customers, and internal colleagues.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to a diverse range of projects, collaborating effectively with various departments, teams, and their leaders to achieve key business objectives.
  • Oversee all operational activities across the company, working in areas such as IT, Facilities, Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Business Services.
  • Partner with the Head of Division and other key department leaders to oversee and engage in various workstreams, ensuring delivery, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities to optimise projects using Asana software to maintain a central database that tracks project activities and tasks.
  • Involve in compliance and governance efforts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Actively participate in delivering business solutions and project activities, covering a wide range of tasks from administrative duties to developing new business initiatives and supporting the recruitment process.
  • Ensure work is completed on time and within budget, assisting senior management in reporting and addressing operational business issues.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Experience in a similar professional services role, working on a variety of projects with a proven ability to deliver against business objectives.
  • Strong information technology knowledge and process improvement skills, with the ability to write business documents clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Hands-on approach, thriving and working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional business reporting skills and excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve both technical and operational issues.
  • Proactive approach to planning and scheduling.
