Job Summary:Â We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Secretary to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating team activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Â Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Document Management:Â Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Communication:Â Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Event Coordination:Â Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and other events. Coordinate logistics and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Team Support:Â Assist team members with various tasks and projects as needed. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
You must be confident in diary management and organising zoom and teams meetings for your teams’ diaries. This role is home based although you do need to reside in Norfolk to travel for work. You will need to have access to you own PC or laptop.
