Looking for a varied part-time role in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for an Administrator to support a busy team within a educational establishment - helping to manage student & employer requests, coordination, allocation and keep things running smoothly!
P/T Hours can be flexible to suit the individual, 2-3 days, up to 24 hours per week. Office based on the outskirts of Norwich city centre, free parking offered on site. ASAP start, offered as a fixed term contract till 31st July 2025 -FTE salary £24-25000 DOE.
The day to day
- Checking in-house booking system for request.
- Logging and prioritising requests in Excel.
- Assigning placement requests to the team.
- Managing other related checks - sending, tracking, and following up.
- Handling shared inboxes and responding to queries.
- General admin support and assisting with progress reports.
- Willing to assist the team in general through a period of increased workload.
You will have/be
- Able to fulfill the full term of the contract.
- Previous administration experience.
- Good all round MS skills, including Excel and Word.
- Accurate records management skills.
- Effective team member.
- Diligence and reliability.
