You will be tasked with producing and sharing engaging content across all channels and increasing the visibility of Serve Talent as an organisation of choice.Account Manager: Service Delivery Responsibilities
  • Assist the Recruitment and Resourcing departments in the developing of advertising campaigns that support a variety of projects as well as the business itself.
  • Produce job specifications and adverts for both new and existing clients.
  • Other account management tasks in line with business needs including potential filter of candidates.
  • To deliver information to both businesses and jobseekers through channels including social media and email marketing using platforms such as LinkedIn and Brevo.
  • To optimise the use of candidate sourcing systems e.g., Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards and LinkedIn.
Account Manager: Business Support / Marketing Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our sales team you will arrange and attend meetings with potential new customers including introducing them to our services and potentially providing tech demos.
  • Work with colleagues across Serve Group and external providers to develop and build awareness of the business’ key messages and optimise the consistency and quality of communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage social media campaigns throughout various channels, creating unique graphics for posts via Canva tools.
  • Website maintenance including case studies and regularly updated blog articles.
  • Other marketing tasks in line with business needs including data collection of potential businesses to approach.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication skill and commercially driven for personal and business growth
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage and work with multiple social media accounts across different networks.
  • Able to engage with relevant brands, jobseekers, clients, and potential clients online.
  • Previous experience of social media management in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing preferable.
  • Able to manage and update a library of relevant social media content to ensure it's relevant, engaging and fit for purpose.
  • Ability to create engaging long form blog content for website publication and online engagement purposes.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Creative mind for creating engaging pieces of content.
  • Computer literate to a good standard.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Proven research and campaign building skills
Desirable Skills / Experience
  • Understanding of email / social marketing
  • Ability to write engaging marketing content.
  • Creativity when it comes to email design.
  • Knowledge of SEO for blog and social media content.
