Digital Marketing Account Manager Role - Norwich

£30,000 to £35,000pa depending on experience

Swarm Recruitment is working with a growing and long established agency in Norwich city centre who is looking to appoint an experienced digital marketing account manager.

The role will primarily sit within the paid search division.

If you have a few years plus experience in several marketing fields, with customer facing experience this is the chance to work with an agency that is going places, has strong values and can support your development with training.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing principles
  • Strong understanding of data analysis across marketing platforms
  • Ability to manage a range of client accounts with direct communication to clients
  • Ability to think strategically about both marketing and business objectives to advise clients on budget allocation
  • Demonstrable experience working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and GA4
  • Desirable knowledge of paid social platforms incl. Meta, TikTok and Pinterest

Role will include

  • Working closely with the Head of Paid Search and divisional directors to progress our strategic marketing services including data analysis, data-led UX recommendations
  • Managing a range of clients across the digital marketing services - primarily paid search but also ideally someone who can support the search engine optimisation team with combined project work
  • Directly managing a range of client accounts so previous client-facing experience would be essential
