This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our clients services team, working on strategic marketing projects and building exceptional client relationships.
Day-to-day of the role:- You will be an integral part of the client services team, managing and delivering strategic marketing projects.
- Engage directly with clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the agency to deliver a seamless service to our clients, involving everything from digital marketing to content creation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Utilize your strong digital skills to oversee CMS and CRM management, as well as website development projects.
- Proven experience in coordinating or supporting projects from brief through to delivery.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in progress reporting.
- Experience working closely with creatives, developers, and digital marketers.
- Background in a creative agency environment or an in-house marketing team is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
- A self-starter with the initiative to progress tasks and manage time effectively.
