R13 is currently partnering with a leading digital tech company based on the outskirts of Norwich in their search for an Account Manager. Supporting a portfolio of accounts and being the first point of contact for all service-related queries, your core duties will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships with your account base, whilst delivering a strong service and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.

Based in the outskirts of Norwich, 37.5 hour a week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, hybrid working after completion of training, starting salary £26,500 plus bonus (c£40,000). The Day to Day:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all contacts within your account base and delivering on revenue targets.
  • Providing specialist product knowledge to your client base, including systems training.
  • Responding to queries within agreed SLA’s, ensuring the best outcome is achieved.
  • Ownership of queries, following up with colleagues to provide solutions.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling non-core services
  • Proactively engaging with clients to generate forecasts, produce reports to management.
  • Identifying account activity to ensure appropriate revenue/growth is achieved.
  • Preparing renewal documentation for annual services and charges, and maintaining accurate.

You Will Have/Be:

  • Experience of working in a customer service / sales / account management-related role in a commercial environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills and confidence communicating verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience of working to, exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising duties to deliver against targets and deadlines.
  • Effective pipeline management to track performance to quarterly targets.
  • Tenacity to identify and follow up on potential up selling opportunities to achieve your personal target.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with capability to work on your own initiative.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of the eCommerce industry.
