Location: UK-based, with global travel requirements.

Job Description:
This role centers around engineering innovation and customer relations. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality field and support engineering services to a global customer base. Responsibilities include supporting system integrations, lab and field testing, and both pre- and post-production activities for electric solutions. You'll work on-site with customers to ensure successful system integration and testing, representing the company in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with a range of pre-, production, and post-production tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve motor and drive system issues.
  • Provide guidance to meet test, production, and delivery targets.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop best practices and continually improve processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and data.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment following HSE standards.
  • Travel globally as required to meet customer needs.
