Salary: Basic up to £25,000 with financial guarantees inclusive of car allowance equating to £31,000 for the first 6 months (not a debt)

OTE: £45,000 in year 1, rising to £75,000+ thereafter

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Norwich, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice, and securing tailored mortgage solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering first-class mortgage advice and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client financial situations and mortgage needs.
  • Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from an extensive panel of lenders.
  • Manage the mortgage application process from start to finish, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to clients throughout the mortgage process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, increasing your high earnings potential.
  • Participate actively in structured training programs to enhance your knowledge and industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP 1 qualification is essential to work as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally within a financial or customer service role.
  • Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn within the financial services industry.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a passion for client service.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary up to £25,000 plus financial guarantees of £31,000 (pro-rata) for the first 6 months, including a car allowance.
  • High earnings potential, with a structured commission plan from 10% to 25%.
  • OTE of £45,000 in year one, rising to £75,000+ thereafter.
  • Pension scheme & Life Assurance.
  • Regular training, mentorship, and support to progress into a fully qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor.
