My client is a well-established IFA practice with offices in Norfolk and Suffolk, offering bespoke advice to both corporate and private clients, this role will be based in their attractive office in central Norwich.

Key responsibilities:

You will provide day-to-day administrative support and liaison with Financial Planners / Wealth Managers, including set up of policies and Trusts, providing documentation required to enable changes to income/withdrawals, premiums and funds, preparing meeting packs, processing changes to client details, sending and processing letters of authority, trading client funds and other investments as recommended by Wealth Manager, etc.

You will produce plan information on request and proactively, liaising with product providers appropriately.

You will liaise with Paraplanners to ensure that client reports are issued in a timely manner.

You will communicate with clients using all methods, whilst being able to handle complex and sensitive queries which may have been delegated to you by the Financial Planner / Wealth Manager.

You will accurately maintain client information, ensure all administrative work is diarised and actioned in Intelliflo Office (IO) and all relevant correspondence is attached and recorded.

You will respond to client queries promptly and clearly.

You will process business documentation, including set up of new policies and plans and dealing with any application forms and instruction letters as needed.

You will deal with all work requirements using time and priority management techniques.

Other general administration duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

GCSE Grade A-C or 9-4 including English and Maths

Certificate in Financial Services and or a willingness to undertake exams towards this qualification (desirable)

Knowledge and Skills:

You will be self-motivated, accountable and committed with excellent team player skills.

You will possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.

You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain both internal and external professional working relationships.

You will be a good team player with the ability to work on own without constant supervision.

You will have a good understanding of a Client Services environment including dealing with administrative complex cases.

You will have experience of working in a client services support role in a financial environment (Advantageous)

You will have strong organisational, prioritisation and delegation skills with good time management and flexibility in work approach.

You will be highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and consistently solutions focussed.

You will be a strong team player, fostering strong working relationships across teams and other departments.

You will possess high quality of both written and spoken English.

You will have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

You will have good working knowledge and experience of using Intelliflo Office system (Advantageous).
