THE BUSINESS

The business are a rising healthcare service company and they are seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Analyst to join the team

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimisations

• Developing and rolling out comprehensive eCRM strategy to engage and retain members

• Delivering segmented email campaigns

• Monitoring key performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities

• Drive improvements through A/B testing

• Enhancing and implementing segmentation strategies to enable data-driven insights

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong technical experience in SQL and A/B testing

• Proven track record in marketing analytics and commercial analytics

• Strong stakeholder management skills
