Customer Onboarding Specialist

As their business expands, they are looking for driven individuals to join their team to ensure every client receives the best possible experience from day one. As a customer onboarding specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensure they get the most out of the company's services. You will play a key role in establishing strong client relationships and gather valuable client feedback to help improve overall service.

Day-to-day of the role: 
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand and benefit from the company's services. 
  • Work closely with sales, technical teams, and customer support to ensure a seamless handover from sales to onboarding. 
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' interactions, feedback, and progress during onboarding phase. 
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for new clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience and contribute to refining best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients. 
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 
  • A keen interest in understanding industry trends and clients' needs. 
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus. 
  • IT proficient.
