Reed Norwich Accountancy is seeking a temporary Bookkeeper to join our client's team in their Norwich office. This role is ideal for someone with general accounts experience, including invoicing and managing payments to suppliers. Experience with Sage 50 is essential, and the ability to assist with payroll would be advantageous.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handling general bookkeeping duties including invoicing and payment processes.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Using Sage 50 software for various accounting tasks.
- Potentially assisting with payroll functions depending on capability and business needs.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounts management.
- Proficient in using Sage 50 accounting software.
- Capable of handling invoicing and payment to suppliers efficiently.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in payroll processing is desirable but not essential.
