- Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations across all companies.
- Produce regular Management Accounts (including reconciliations and journal postings) and data analysis for each business.
- Process a quarterly group VAT return.
- Accounts receivable and payable management across all companies to include processing incoming invoices/reconciling accounts following payment receipt/chasing any outstanding payments.
- Liaise with external accountants in the preparation of Monthly Payroll.
- Assist in annual budget process.
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
