I am delighted to be working with this diverse group of companies, to appoint a Part Time Bookkeeper, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing family owned business. Located at the prestigious rural estate in North Norfolk, you will support the Director on the accounting for this beautiful venue alongside their other group companies.  A varied role, in an organisation which is destined to grow, offering the successful candidate the opportunity for progression.   Responsibilities include:
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations across all companies.
  • Produce regular Management Accounts (including reconciliations and journal postings) and data analysis for each business.
  • Process a quarterly group VAT return.
  • Accounts receivable and payable management across all companies to include processing incoming invoices/reconciling accounts following payment receipt/chasing any outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with external accountants in the preparation of Monthly Payroll.
  • Assist in annual budget process.
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required
