Gap personnel are recruiting 3* Production Operators for a global, leading manufacturer based in Norwich on a temporary to permanent basis. Overtime available for successful candidates.

Shift Pattern & Pay,
Monday to Friday + Overtime available
Rotational weekly shifts – 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
Baisc Pay; £12.21 for first 40.25 hours
Overtime Rates, £18.32 after 40.25 hours
£24.42 after 40.25 hours on Saturdays after 2pm
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on a production line
- Assembling cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Monitoring the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety processes and guidelines while working with machinery.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the production manager.
