- Familiarity with various development methodologies, able to choose the appropriate approach for each change.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in security, property management, or real estate industries preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Education: IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysisâ„¢, BSC ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis, or equivalent.
