I'm pleased to be partnering with a fantastic Norfolk-based organisation to recruit for a Business Analyst. This is a Norwich based role, offering hybrid and flexible working.Key ResponsibitiesYou will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the business needs while aligning with strategic goals, with core responsibilities including:
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements for the product backlog.
  • Collaborate to refine user stories for clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Analyze data requirements to support feature development.
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team.
  • Provide feedback for improvement during sprint reviews.
  • Embrace evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements and user stories.
  • Share domain expertise with the team to foster collaboration and learning.
About You
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using various business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Clear and effective communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in business process modeling with experience in process improvement.
  • Experienced across the delivery lifecycle from Discovery to Development in business change and software projects.
  • Familiarity with various development methodologies, able to choose the appropriate approach for each change.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in security, property management, or real estate industries preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Education: IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysisâ„¢, BSC ISEB Certificate in Business Analysis, or equivalent.
