Head of Change Norwich - Hybrid up to £80k(doe)Head of Change is required to work closely with the Head of Engineering to instil continuous improvement principles across the technology team for this established Norwich based business. You will help to accelerate agile transformation, strategically driving scaled implementation of innovative change initiatives across the business both digital and operational! By using Agile principles you will champion delivery of change across the business by being passionate knowledgeable and practical, along with shaping and control complex change projects including ERP implementations.

Skills:Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in Influencing and negotiating with senior leaders, ops team and external partners
  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives
  • Project or Change Management
  • Agile methodology
  • Bachelors degree in organisational psychology, business admin or change management is desirable
