Salary: +£32,500-£40,000 Negotiable depending on experience, uncapped bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to maximise performance and career development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
  • Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and proactively marketing our recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the branch & client recruitment process, ensuring we are sourcing, placing, and retaining high-quality candidates.
  • Branch Budget/P&L: Take responsibility for the branch’s profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain an efficient and compliant operational framework, ensuring all recruitment processes adhere to legal and company standards.
  • Branch Growth: Develop and implement strategies for branch growth, identifying opportunities to expand our client base
  • Operations; To run the branch to company compliance standards

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role as a manager, ideally within an industrial or commercial recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Experience of setting & working to branch budgeted& P & L targets
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A track record of achieving financial targets and branch performance goals.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and candidate experience.
