Maintenance Manager

Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce a Maintenance Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

You will lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.

You will:

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures
  • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out
  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives
  • Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards

Requirements:

  • Strong management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing
  • Experience in a range of technical areas and with people management/ project leadership ability
  • A strong Mechanical background
