We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to lead a skilled maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of critical equipment in a highly regulated environment. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability. You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain stringent quality standards.

Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:

  • Lead and manage the site maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and GMP standards.
  • Develop and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
