A prominent housing association with operations in Norwich area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to assist with their voids teams. This is a critical role requiring a candidate with exceptional knowledge of housing repairs and disrepair. 

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee and coordinate the repair workstreams, ensuring all activities comply with industry standards and organisational policies.
  • Supervise repair teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of repairs and identify any instances of disrepair.
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Manage and monitor repair schedules, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to set budgets.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on housing repairs and disrepair matters.
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and outcomes of repair projects.
