Join our client, a customer-focused company, renowned for quality, reliability, and innovation. They  are expanding and seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Agent to help grow their customer base by building strong relationships over the phone.
Day-to-day of the role:- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately log all call activity, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support wider business goals.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations and follow up to close sales.
- Previous telesales or telephone-based customer service experience (B2B or B2C).
- A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling rejection positively.
- Organised, with good attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of packaging or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
