R13 are excited to collaborate with a renowned dealership group in their search for experienced CarSales Executives to join their Norwich team. In this customer focused role you will deliver on the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer service levels are high.

This is a full time, permanent position working 5 days per week Monday-Sunday with 1 weekday off and Sat/Sun on a rota basis. The offered salary for this role is £20,000 basic with uncapped earning potential (OTE £45k) and a company car.

The day to day

  • Meet and greet customers coming into the dealership.
  • Identification of customer needs and discussion of suitable vehicle solutions.
  • Coordination of test drives, including ensuring appropriate checks.
  • Discussion of financing solutions.
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Ensuring an excellent customer service experience is delivered at all times.
  • Working to deliver on sales targets.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a motor trade sales environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, willing to grow & learn.
  • Confident working under pressure and to targets.
  • Full UK Driving license is essential.
