About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver with removal experience to join our dynamic and professional team. You will be responsible for driving a Class 2 vehicle to transport household and office goods for removals, ensuring safe handling and excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to transport items for removals.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring they are securely packed and transported.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude with clients.
- Assist with the packing, disassembly, and reassembly of furniture as needed.
- Ensure all paperwork, including delivery notes and forms, are completed accurately.
- Maintain the vehicle and ensure it is cleaned, serviced, and in good working order.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Valid Class 2 driving license (C category).
- Removal experience, with a strong understanding of how to handle goods safely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure when required.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing top-quality service to customers.
