About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver with removals experience to join our friendly team in Norwich. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently for residential and commercial removals, providing excellent customer service along the way. This is a hands-on role requiring physical work, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a van to transport household and office items for removals.
• Load, unload, and secure goods for transportation, ensuring careful handling.
• Assist customers with packing, disassembly, and reassembly of furniture when required.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes and job sheets.
• Ensure the van is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
• Work as part of a team to complete removals on time and to a high standard.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have removals experience - handling furniture and personal belongings with care.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.
