  • Location - Norwich
  • Salary: 11.44 An Hour
  • Working hours: FULL TIME: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5PM.

Brook Street is working with His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service to recruit a Case Administrator on a Temporary basis for the National Probation Service in Norwich! The Probation Service carries out sentences given by the courts, in custody and in the community and rehabilitates people through education and employment. These are careers that change lives.


The Role:


As a Case Administrator, you will provide essential service that has a diverse organisation with a wide variety. One of the primary aspects of the role will be assisting outbound callers who are either going through the Probation System or signposting and liaising with Probation Officers as part of the London Probation Service system.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound and outbound calls and handling queries
  • Liaising with Probation Officers
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting people throughout the Probation System
  • Signposting people that call in through to the correct departments
  • At times General Administration duties



Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, including those who may present complex or challenging behaviour
  • Strong and confident telephone manner (as this phone is heavily telephone based)
  • Use and work on your initiative
  • Possess basic numeric skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
