About the Role: As the Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of developing and launching a new, exciting menu that showcases the best of Mediterranean cuisine. While general knowledge of Mediterranean dishes is preferred, it is not essential as you will collaborate with a talented team to craft a diverse and flavourful menu. As the head chef you will also be responsible for the day to day running's of shifts with a developed team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and execute a creative menu focused on fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
