Job Title: Site Agent

Rate: £300 - £320 per day CIS / £60k + Package

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a Tier 1 Contractor based in Norwich.
This role will involve managing all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely and on schedule.
The ideal candidate must be confident in a client facing role and self delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Client Facing
- Experienced in self delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct site staff, ensuring high-quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and any issues encountered
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Strong Self Delivery
- Confident in a client facing role
- Previous experience in a civils background
