R13 Recruitment is proud to be representing a well-established and highly reputable consultancy firm in their search for a B2B Sales Coordinator to join their central Norwich-based team. This role is perfect for a highly organised and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The benefits
Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, salary offered is £24,000 + commission based on sales and renewal targets. 25 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, holiday purchase scheme, pension, healthcare plan, gym discounts and in-house performance-based incentives.
The day to day
- You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for clients and coordinating a team of field-based staff.
- Outreach with customers via phone and email to schedule appointments.
- Meeting internal targets for appointment satisfaction, capacity, and lead times.
- Verifying client contact details and ensuring accurate records.
- Assigning appointments to the appropriate field staff based on skillset and location.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking accommodation.
- Handling challenges and customer concerns to ensure appointments are retained.
You will have/be:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good influencing skills.
- Previous customer service and/or business-to-business sales experience is essential.
- Stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Experienced in handling telephone, email, and live chat queries from customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to use multiple IT systems and platforms.
- Geographical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
