We are seeking a Client Development Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue delivery and business growth. This role involves achieving quarterly targets, improving retailer coverage metrics, and enhancing customer satisfaction. If you have a proven sales track record and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Drive business growth through the adoption and increased volumes of non-core services.
  • Accurately forecast revenue to the Senior Client Development Manager, maintaining a strong pipeline to meet targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s value proposition.
  • Build and maintain rapport with the supplier base, understanding their service requirements to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create Account Development Plans with Client Delivery Executives, detailing objectives, goals, strategies, and measures.
  • Assist clients with account and license management.
  • Develop engagement plans to address client issues, collaborating with various business functions to drive process improvement and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets and a strong desire to consistently exceed personal targets and objectives.
  • Demonstrable sales experience with strong results against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced team.
  • Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach.
  • Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
  • General interest in FMCG and specifically the eCommerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and effective networking abilities.
