Position: Marketing/BD SupportLocation: Norwich, East Anglia

Our client adynamic and rapidly growing professional support team in East Anglia are seeking a motivated individual to provide marketing and business development support to their partners, directors, and team members. This role is based in our Norwich office and includes some attendance at external events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the local CRM system (MS Dynamics), including team diary reviews.
  • Organise and host events,and generate proactive ideas for local events.
  • Manage corporate target lists and top targets.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with banks, lawyers, and intermediaries.
  • Engage the team in business development and marketing activities.
  • Design and quality control of pitches and information memorandums.
  • Handle deal PR and press releases.
  • Implement local post-deal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with deal teams on post-deal content and marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital communications and mailings.
  • Organize local team events.
  • Oversee social media management and design.
  • Prepare award entries.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
