R13 has the perfect opportunity to join a fantastic, UK-leading business as a Marketing Manager! Within this role you will be a driving force in generating creative and engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives, spearheading the organisations brand-focused marketing strategy, driving leads and enhancing the brands visibility across the UK.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Based in the Norwich office, this role features a hybrid of office and home working with occasional nationwide travel. This opportunity offers salary of 拢30,000 - 拢35,000 depending on experience.

The benefits22 days annual leave + bank holidays / birthday off and paid leave for Christmas (increasing with service) / health and wellbeing assistance programme / continued learning and personal development plan!

The day to day

  • Generating and delivering marketing campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness.
  • Creating engaging content and assets, alongside liaising with agency to deliver additional assets.
  • Implementing local brand/marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Delivering training sessions focused on brand promotion, storytelling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analysing marketing data and brand perception, reporting these findings to senior management.
  • Conducting and analysing the local market, understanding competitors and market trends.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience within a marketing function with knowledge of brand marketing.
  • Some proficiency in all aspects of marketing such as Paid Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media etc..
  • Brand centric approach to marketing.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to mentor and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to drive insights from data.
  • Experience with the following would be advantageous: Short-form video, Canva, Adobe Suite.
