R13 is thrilled to be partnering with a leading business-to-business marketing agency in the search for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their well-established team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling innovative products and solutions to both new and existing B2B clients, leads are provided, it's all about the close. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, basic up £30000 DOE + uncapped commission, Norwich based.

The day to day

  • Identifying and targeting potential B2B customers, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships to drive account growth and retention.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Communicating the value of products and services best matched to clients needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and bespoke campaigns.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

You will have/be

  • Must have a minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Continuity in experience is important, along with proven sales success in revenue generation and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to understand layered product offerings and strong knowledge acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic, relationship-driven sales approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
