Contract Personnel is pleased to be working with an award winning, Norwich based digital media company who are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role consists of driving revenue by developing warm and organic leads into clients and partners by: 

  • taking ownership of new and repeat business in an industry specific division
  • researching/identifying high value leads
  • delivering proposals and negotiating agreements with decision makers via phone, email, Zoom calls
  • managing a pipeline of projects from initial contact to successful delivery
  • liasing with internal and external stakeholders

Hours are 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Salary is £27k with uncapped commission, with average OTE ranging between £50 - £60k+
